1st Southend Open No Gi – May 2015

Representing Team Pedro Sauer UK at the 1st Southend Open No-Gi competition in May 2015, were Ally Grant and Kieron Simpson; both of whom train in South Woodham Ferrers.

Coming back to training after considerable lay offs, the two of them used the preparation for the competition as a way to focus their training.

After some hard fought, and close matches, Ally and Kieron came away without medals, but with a great camaraderie and experience of competition; with both of them looking to compete again soon.
