Mike Horihan Workshop – February 2017

Whilst in the UK to give a seminar at new PSBJJA affiliate Southend Combat Academy, Mike Horihan dropped by Team Pedro Sauer UK for a Friday evening Gracie Jiu Jitsu workshop.

Joined on the mat by a number of guys from Southend Combat Academy, Chelmsford and South Woodham Ferrers class regulars were treated to a mount masterclass; working some great options to submit directly from there, or first transition to the back and then complete the submission.

Thanks to Mike for travelling all the way from association HQ in Sterling Virginia; everyone walked away with some great tricks to use straight away in training.
