Master Pedro Sauer Seminar – May 2016

The last weekend in May 2016 saw a group from Team Pedro Sauer UK travel to train with Master Pedro Sauer, first in Iceland, and then in Norway.

As per Master Sauer’s usual ‘bring me your questions’ seminar format, he took the time to help with particular problems and situations that people were finding themselves in. The answers were almost invariably frustratingly simple, with a whisper of ‘why didn’t I think of that?’  echoing around the room.

With in excess of ten hours on the mat, spread over the three days, not only did the group get some invaluable tweaks on existing material and some nice brand new techniques, they also went away even more enthusiastic to push their own training forward. Thanks Professor!
