Johann Eyvindsson Seminar – March 2018

In support of local PSBJJA affiliates at Southend Combat Academy instructor Robin French, and Sam Keyes attended their most recent seminar with Master Pedro Sauer Black Belt Johann Eyvindsson.

The three hour session focussed on strategies to employ to keep safe when in an inferior position; prominent ideas where distance management and punch protection, and patiently waiting for the time to move.
